Until you feel differently, stay with the partner you found who you are comfortable working with, no question. Don't rotate, the instructor will allow that.

Freedy and everybody else out there and I cannot be more clear with this:

GO TO THE DOCTOR AND GET IT CHECKED OUT.

Any RECURRING ailment whether it's headaches, knee pain, back pain, shortness of breath, whatever while doing martial arts (or any other physical activity), you need to get it checked out. It's as simple as that.

It may be nothing serious, but if it is "recurring", it's definitely "something". And only an individual examination by a professional can determine what that is and how to act accordingly.

Best of luck

Breo
