Living Social participants should follow the instructions on the Living Social site - you must call ahead or email to reserve a spot. Safety is our highest priority, and having 180 brand new people show up on the same day is not going to be safe.

Shorts and tank tops prohibited, you will be provided with a pair of gi pants and a t-shirt, which must be worn whenever you train. Male participants will need to purchase groin protection as well.

The voucher is good for one year, so you are welcome to start training anytime. When you are ready, give us a call (212-781-7918) or send an email (kravmagainfo@yahoo.com) and we will schedule your first class.

Krav Maga is a belted Martial Art, so beginners train in the White belt level (wherever you see White, White & Yellow or All Levels are the classes for you). You will learn new material during class and will also repeat the material, training until you become proficient at all of it.
