Hi All,
I wanted to let you know that the KMF, and Master Rhon personally, received a shout-out in my new book, which was just published on August 2nd.

I was approached by a publisher nearly 2 years ago, with the request that I write their book on Self-Defense for Women. We finished it up within 6 months, but it finally went to press recently. The book includes a number of different things from a variety of Martial Arts (as well as my favorite chapters--the ones on pre- and post-assault management).
In the book, you'll spy a 2-page spread encouraging people to take up Krav Maga as a great choice for hands-on training. In the appendix, you'll also find a list of recommended schools, including this listing:
| Quote: | Krav Maga NYC, New York
www.kravmagainc.com
The Krav Maga Federation headquarters is led by master instructor Rhon Mizrachi. He and his staff teach and preserve authentic Krav Maga of the highest caliber. |
You'll also find the KMF listed in the organizations for nontraditional arts that I endorse elsewhere in the appendices.
I realize that few people on this forum will remember me -- I haven't been down to the school more than a couple times since 2002 -- but please know that I'm still out here in Connecticut, missing training with you guys, and still hoping to make my way back down for much, much more.
Best,
~Chris |
