If you're a woman who's currently training with the Krav Maga Federation, come to LADIES' OPEN MAT. This event is open to current female KMF students from ANY of our schools and from ANY level. Please note that there will be no formal class taught and you are welcome to come/leave as you please. This is a perfect opportunity to grab your partner (literally) and work on material for your next test, box or spar with some new faces, check out all the awesome new equipment on the small mat (and learn how to use it properly) and of course -- meet more of your fellow kickass KMF ladies.
DATE: January 21st, 3-5PM (Saturday)
WHERE: 25th Street School in Manhattan

| Thanks so much to everyone who came out today to train (and wasn't scared off by a few flurries)! We were quite happy with how things went and are planning to make Ladies' Open Mat a more regular occurrence, so stay tuned for a February date soon!! |

| Hey ladies - due to renovations at the 25th street school that weekend, Ladies' Open Mat scheduled for March 4th will be postponed... We'll let you know as soon as it's rescheduled!! |
