Any ALL LEVELS or WHITE BELT class on the schedule below is appropriate for a TRIAL CLASS.
Choose whichever one works for you, reserve the class in advance and come in!
( There is no fitness level or age requirement )
TRIAL CLASS REQUIREMENTS
- Arrive 15 minutes before class begins
- T-shirt
- Athletic pants (Gi/ sweatpants/leggings)
- No Shorts or Tank tops
- Train in bare feet or socks
- No shoes or jewelry allowed on the mat
- Reserve your class in advance
- Showers and locker rooms available
PRIVATE TRAINING & GROUP SEMINARS
If you would prefer to begin training with a
private one-on-one session please let us know!
Our instructors regularly teach individuals, small groups, and seminars
